These Terms of Service apply to the Hey Zimo website and related personal independent developer projects.
1. Independent Developer Website
Hey Zimo is a personal independent developer website. It is not an official Google product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
2. Website Purpose
The website presents personal developer projects, product concepts, and technical experiments related to web tools, automation workflows, data reporting, and lightweight SaaS products.
3. Google Ads API Use Case
The Google Ads API-related project is intended for internal advertising reporting, campaign analysis, performance review, and planning workflows using authorized Google Ads accounts.
4. Authorized Access
Any related tools must only be used with accounts and data that the user is authorized to access. Unauthorized access, misuse, abuse, or attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized access to Google Ads accounts
- Selling, redistributing, sublicensing, or disclosing Google Ads data without authorization
- Scraping Google Search results or other Google properties
- Misrepresenting the project as an official Google product
- Claiming Google Partner status without authorization
- Providing third parties with automated access to a Google Ads API token
- Using the website or related tools for deceptive, abusive, or unlawful purposes

The website and related project descriptions are provided for informational and development purposes without warranties of any kind.
